Still coughing.

Really? I mean, why?  I don't feel sick. I'm just coughing. Ben says, oh, don't go to the doctor! I'll just buy you some Mucinex this weekend.  Okay, fine. But if that doesn't work I'm going to make sure the lung I eventually cough up is on your side of the bed.

Today's Cough Drop Wisdom: "Nothing you can't handle." I cannot handle coughing for two weeks, so wrong.

Anyway, Allyson has a case of the "I need"s. You know: Instead of asking nicely for something she says, "I need this." I need a glass of water. I need to watch Phineas and Ferb. You get it.

My tactic: When she says "I need whatever," I say: "Well, I need a million dollars."  Then she asks nicely.

Speaking of Phineas and Ferb: It's the rare kids' show that Ben and I watch well after Ally goes to bed. We love it that much. We're weird.
